Mexican Chiapas - organic, fair trade, shade grown- A superb coffee from our neighbors to the south. This coffee has wonderful flavor at a lighter roast. It has a medium body with a smooth, sweet, almost chocolately finish.
Colombian Supremo - organic, fair trade, shade grown- The Supremo grade is the highest quality coffee grade from the large and very well know coffee industry in Colombia. At its best, Colombian coffee has a wonderful balance of flavor, body, acidity, and finish. If you’ve had a bad cup of Colombian coffee in the past, ours will reinforce your faith in this world coffee name.
Blue de Brasil - organic- Brazil is the world’s largest producer of coffee and its second largest consumer (to the United States). Though most of their coffee is only medium grade, their top quality coffees are as good as any in the world. This Blue de Brasil is a medium roasted coffee with a great flavor. It is light bodied, extremely smooth, and finishes with a hint of black cherry.
Moka Java - organic- The world’s first coffee blend; consisting of the first two commercially produced coffees. African coffee from the port of Moka in Yemen with coffee from the Indonesian island of Java, this coffee has a great balance of flavors. It has good body and is both spicy and smooth.
Hawaiian Kona Blend - organic - This American grown coffee blend has the only coffee commercially grown in the United States. This blend carries over 30% pure organic Kona Extra Fancy coffee which accounts for the higher price. This world renowned coffee has a classic nutty flavor, good acidity, is well balanced and very smooth to the finish.
Costa Rican Monteverde - organic, fair trade- This is a very good representation of Costa Rican coffees. Roasted to between medium and dark, this coffee is bright and sweet with a taste of caramel in the finish.
New Guinea Estate - organic - Grown in the near perfect soil and climate of Papua New Guinea, this coffee shows the difference that can result from attentive, high quality estates. It is rich, full-bodied, bright with subtle aromatics, and has a smooth finish.
Moonshot Espresso - organic - This blend of coffees from all three major growing regions results in the perfect espresso shot. This espresso forms a rich, smooth and sweet shot. It is wonderful as a straight shot for the connoisseur but also combines to make terrific espresso drinks. This espresso blend also can be brewed to make an excellent cup of dark roast coffee.
